Hi, I’m Adrianne — mama, author, and the heart behind Easy Mama Alchemy. Welcome to our little corner of the internet, where real life meets real tools.
I’m a wife and proud mama of two incredible kids. Our son is a brilliant 11-year-old on the autism spectrum who has taught me more about patience, presence, and unconditional love than anything else in this world. Our daughter arrived in the middle of a pandemic and came in swinging — she has never once slowed down, and I’m here for it.
We live on Vancouver Island, and honestly, the island chose us as much as we chose it. There’s something about this place — the ocean, the pace, the way the trees just hold everything — that reminds you to slow down and pay attention to what actually matters.
That’s really what Easy Mama Alchemy is built on. The idea that what’s happening on the inside shapes everything on the outside. When our kids feel regulated, seen, and safe — life flows differently. When we as parents have real tools instead of just good intentions — everything changes. I created the My Inner World book series, the Mindful Capybara and Mindful Cat coloring books, the activity pages, and the Emotional Regulation Toolkit because I needed them first. Everything here comes from lived experience, not a textbook.
