  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup chocolate chips of choice (using unicorn chocolate chips)

  • ⅓ cup salted, roasted macadamia nuts, chopped

  • ½ cup mini eggs or Hershey Eggies, chopped in half and divided

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine melted butter 1/2 cup, brown sugar 1 cup, vanilla 1 tsp, and the 1 egg. Whisk well until fully incorporated.
  • Add the 1 cup flour to the mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the macadamia nuts 1/3 cup, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, and half of 1/2 cup of mini eggs, ensuring an even distribution.
  • Prepare an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Pour the blondie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Decorate the top with the remaining mini eggs to add a festive touch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.

Notes
