2 tablespoons mashed garlic
8 strips of your favourite bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup milk of your choice
2 large eggs
½ cup + 2 tablespoons cold butter grated
1 cup grated cheddar (sharp is preferred, but any cheese works!)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Lightly beat the eggs and combine with milk, then chill until ready to use.
