✨ Made with simple pantry staples, these muffins are:

• Incredibly easy to mix in one bowl (less mess!)

This recipe is a family favorite, a sweet tradition in the making—and my daughter’s absolute favorite! 💛

Tips best banana chocolate chip muffins ever:

  • You want to use super over ripe brown bananas! the browner they are the sweeter. I’ll buy a big bunch knowing im going to throw 3 in the freezer for this recipe. Just let thaw in your bowl for an hour before mashing.
  • Keep it simple! Use one bowl to create these lil gems, trust me it is possible ☺️
  • When it comes to cracking that egg in there just make sure none of your shell falls in!
  • You can use muffin liners but you really don’t need them! The muffins taste best made directly in the pan with a bit of Coconut Oil rubbed around it first. I use my clean hands to do this that way I ensure to get the cups all the way around. Plus! coconut oil is amazing for your skin 😏
  • Taking them out of the oven, wait a few minutes and use a knife to pull them out and place on a cooling rack right away! If they stay in the pan too long you run the risk of them getting all steamed on the bottom.
  • This recipe doubles great!
